Don’t Take Our Word For It…
“I can’t imagine a better team to work with than Ray and Adam Slye. Ray has advised national award winning books himself and knows what an adviser must deal with; his eye for graphic design and his capacity to conceptualize are respected nation-wide. Adam brings the expertise of a professional photographer and is a complete gear-head who can solve any computer issue. Most importantly, when Ray and Adam walk into the room, it’s all about the kids (mine cheer!).”

“As a customer who has worked closely with them for 14 years, I want to encourage you to trust Ray and Adam with your business. From personal experience, I can tell you that Ray and Adam will do anything within their power to help you. …While some companies might offer lower prices (though my experience has been by the end of the year the costs are always similar), Ray and Adam provide not lip-service customer service, but customer service where they will always be there to help. Ray, a former educator and yearbook adviser himself, is not interested in bottom-line thinking where finances are concerned. …Because they’ve been there and done it themselves, they have an acute awareness of your needs and the needs of your students. When representatives from other yearbook companies stop by my school, I always tell them the same thing. “If Ray and Adam change companies, then I’ll change with them.” That’s how highly I think of the service Ray and Adam provide.”

“As long as Ray and Adam are my sales reps, I will never even consider leaving Herff-Jones. They are always available when I have a question, a concern, or a technology problem. They provide constant support, doing summer workshops for my students, critiquing spread designs before they are submitted, and working with my kids to develop the book’s concept. I feel extremely lucky to have the opportunity to work with Ray and Adam. Furthermore, I have been nothing but pleased with Herff-Jones Yearbooks. The product I receive at the end of the year is always beautifully printed, and it always arrives on time. The staff in the Logan plant is helpful, conscientious, and dedicated to always providing top-notch service. I am so happy with Ray, Adam, and Herff-Jones.”
